I am able to do this because the state and federal laws that I work under have provisions in them allowing me to recover my fees directly from the vehicle manufacturer, so there is never an out-of-pocket expense to my client in the pursuit of their lemon law claim.
I also handle other types of vehicle related claims, including cases that arise under Consumer Fraud, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, the New Motor Vehicle Damage Act, the Automotive Industry Trade Practices Act, the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law and the Pennsylvania Uniform Commercial Code. I make certain to handle these types of cases with as much effort as is needed to procure a fair outcome with as little client worry as possible.
